It is common knowledge that the visual media is expanding exponentially, but there is acute shortage of credible training institutions to provide the requisite man power in this sector.

There is a huge gap between demand and supply of qualified man power, as a result, personnel are recruited haphazardly and mostly by poaching, which is detrimental to the Industry.

Our Centre aims to fulfill this gap and provide qualitative empowerment for budding talent from hinterland of India, in not only seeking for opportunities but also aim at excellence in their respective endeavors.

With continuous change in technology of Broadcasting, the skills of man power need to be upgraded on a continuous basis to overcome obsolescence, by providing shot term and part time courses.
